Greetings families,

This letter comes after collaboration with members of the community including the Fontana Police Department, the Fontana Fire Protection District, and the City of Fontana. This is intended to help reduce the traffic that stacks on Bridlepath Drive at dismissal.

In addition, the City of Fontana has installed signage for No Parking along Bridlepath on school days between 7:30-8:30 AM and 1:00-3:00 PM.  This should allow for cars that are entering the parking lot of DW Long to stack along the curb area as you approach our entrance and eliminate school arrival and pick up traffic blocking the flow of traffic on Bridelpath during peak times.  If you regularly use that parking area please be aware as to adhere to the new signage requirements to help with the flow of traffic and avoid being subject to a citation from the Fontana Police Department.
